The issuance of a Practicum Assistant Certificate can be requested through the following steps:
- Submit a letter requesting the issuance of the Practicum Assistant Certificate, accompanied by the Dean’s Decree regarding the appointment of practicum assistants, to the email dekan.geografi@ugm.ac.id.
- The dean forwards the request letter to the Academic Affairs Office.
- The letter is processed. Once the letter is processed and ready, it will be sent through the SIMASTER Document Management System (DMS).
