A Certificate of Graduation states that a student has graduated (received their degree) but has not yet received their diploma. The issuance of a Certificate of Graduation can be requested through the following process:
- Submit a letter requesting the issuance of the Certificate of Graduation, accompanied by the Graduation Decree (SK Yudisium), to the email dekan.geografi@ugm.ac.id.
- The dean forwards the request letter to the Academic Affairs Office.
- The letter is processed. Once the letter is processed and ready, it will be sent through the SIMASTER Document Management System (DMS).
