Students are required to attend classes by scanning a QR code. If they fail to attend, they can submit a Class Attendance Claim.
Offline Class Attendance Claim
To claim attendance for offline classes, students must fill out the Student Class Attendance Claim Form, signed by the course lecturer, and submit it to the Academic Affairs office within 2 hours after the class ends. The Attendance Claim Form can be downloaded at http://ugm.id/KlaimPresensiKuliahLuringFGE.
Online Class Attendance Claim
To claim attendance for online classes, students need to fill out the form provided by the academic department on Google Forms within 2 hours after the class ends. The link is http://ugm.id/KlaimPresensiKuliahDaring.
Note:
If the form submitted after 2 hours after the class ends, the form will be rejected. Students can contact the lecturer to claim the attendance, if it approved, the lecturer will input the attendance manually.
